Residents at Oakleaf Village are able to receive the professional care they need, whether they need a minimal amount of assistance to maintain their independence or if they need more extensive care to ensure their safety.

We have extensive experience providing the assistance our residents need in a caring, respectful environment. At Oakleaf Village, we’ll provide a thorough consultation to ensure residents receive the level of care that makes life comfortable and safe. Some of those services may include:

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Medication administration
• Food preparation
• Mobility assistance
• Household (laundry, light housekeeping)

Oakleaf Village is licensed under Ohio law as a “residential care facility” and as an “assisted living facility” through the Ohio Department of Health.
